Carpel Tunnel Treatment With Acupressure and Jade "Needles"

Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is a common neurological disorder that occurs when the median nerve, which runs from your forearm into the palm of the hand, becomes pressed or squeezed at the wrist.  You may feel weakness, numbness, pain in your hand and wrist.  Your fingers may become difficult to use an painful.

Surgery is the classic treatment, but you can treat carpal tunnel syndrome yourself, and more quickly and safely than with surgery using acupressure points.

The best acupressure point is PC6.  It is three fingers from the end of the wrist.  You can find it by pressing until you find a spot that hurts.

Acupressure point PC6

Press slightly on the spot until you feel a "tingle" or tiny discomfort.

Because carpal tunnel syndrome affects the fingers, you can use a classic Chinese medicine tool, a "jade needle".  It is not a sharp needle.  Ours our made by our Ying Yu Jade  carver in China to Chinese medicine standards so it is well made and comfortable to use.

Hold your finger on jade "needle" on the spot for 1-2 minutes, 2-3 times daily.

You can also improve your arm, wrist and hand with a Chinese jade roller.  The jade acu-roller with "needles" carved into it will help your Qi move for better healing.
